We are NOT recruiters nor are we a staffing firm. Our work optimizes our clients' employment selection strategies with state of the art tools and systems. We work closely with our clients to develop and install assessment and selection systems that work, make sense, and that they can run, interpret and use on their own. Our business combines human resource / management consulting with specific tools, products, and systems. Some of these tools are proprietary (i.e. we are the authors), and others are licensed to sell and use as trained consultants / distributors.
