The LMAT™ was developed by Dr. Jon Warner in 2005 as a cognitive skills test that screens for an individual’s level of “intellectual horse-power” as needed in management and leadership positions. The LMAT™ has been used primarily as one of several screening criteria for entrance to management and leadership training programs, such as Corporate Universities, where employee interest and demand for such programs exceeds the number of seats, usually due to funding constraints available on a program at any given time. It is also used in recruitment and selection as one of several screening criteria (such as education, experience, technical skills, etc.) used to evaluate job candidates for management and leadership positions. The LMAT™ is similar to the GMAT or SAT test in that it measures primarily cognitive reasoning skills, but it also includes a section on leadership actions that could be taken in realistic, sample scenarios. Also, the LMAT™ is written in the language of the workplace, rather than generic, or educational language. It has four alternate forms to guard against repeated exposure to test material.
The LMAT™ has been professionally validated using thousands of managers worldwide, and we continue to collect and incorporate new data into our bank and norms. Pricing for the LMAT™ is simple: $15.00 US per person tested, though volume discounts are also available. This fee includes an individual output report that is made available to the testee that is based on their test performance and gives improvement suggestions to lift test performance.

"At Predict Success we value and respect our client relationships - we'd rather work with our clients for years on end than look for new clients. Most of our growth comes from clients whom move to other organizations and call us to work with them again." |
