What is 360° Feedback? 

A systematic process that enables someone to receive candid and anonymous performance feedback from a number of different work contacts (e.g. the person's manager(s), peers, direct reports, customers).  The purpose of 360° feedback is to bring information to light that individuals may not already know about themselves. Through 360° feedback, participants experience others' truthful perceptions of them first-hand, gaining insights that often initiate needed behavioral change.

What is CircumNavigator?
CircumNavigator™, created by Dr. Jon Warner, is a fully flexible, entirely customizable 360° feedback assessment, which allows individuals, teams and whole organizations to gain a deeper insight to their behavior, preferences and competencies (and consider the impact that this is likely to have an overall performance). 

CircumNavigator is an intelligent “shell” for building an organization-specific 360 questionnaire.  It contains includes a library of 30 generic competency categories and associated survey questions that can be expanded to fit your organization-specific competencies or vision / mission statements.  The system also allows the user to write their own competencies and survey questions into the system, enabling total customization.

CircumNavigator™ also has total flexibility in the use of rating scales and rater roles.  In both cases, the user can pick one of several that exist in the system or create your own.  Insert your own company colors and logo to fully customize the website through which raters enter to complete the rating process and in the creation of output reports.  Select the format, length, types of charts, narrative text and development suggestions to be included in output reports.  Write your own coaching tips and interpretative material to go with your survey questions.  Detailed tracking of the rating progress is afforded to the system administrator.

Pricing is simple: $195. per participant, regardless of the number of raters.  There is no charge for customization since the user does this; we can also customize your survey for additional consulting fees (call to discuss).  We are also available to debrief your participants one-on-one by phone or face-to-face.  We occasionally run user certification courses in CircumNavigator™ -- call us to arrange.
